I did the sport fasting early January, not knowing what to expect. I had done bootcamps previously, but this was quite different. After discussing things through with Joel, I decided to give it a try. I was a bit daunted at first by the level of organization around each day, however it was really helpful. The first few days gave me time to get used to the daily cardio, whilst reducing my food intake.

At the end of 2017 I suffered a serious knee injury. After years of physiotherapy and focus on the recovery of my knee, I was still insecure and barely managed to exercise. Seeking help from Personal Performance Training turned out to be the right choice.

I found Joël through a friend. My goal was to improve my condition and lose a few pounds. The sports fasting program was very heavy in combination with working full-time and other activities. Afterwards it turned out to be manageable. I am very happy with the result! I would recommend sport fasting to others and have already done so.

I got in contact with Joel through a good friend of mine who tried the sport fasting program as well. It has been a tough 10 days, but the results are excellent. Weight loss, better condition and you’ll feel guided and secure every step of the way!

The personal attention during the training sessions made that I enjoyed working out every week. Joël is very strong in working with mindset and this helped me a lot to change my perspective on my limitations.

Very effective! The ten day program is very effective, but hard. If you are working , it could be complicated to do both. You may have to take a few days off. Staring a monday to monday, you should take those three days after the fasting time. 7.2kgs in ten days is a good start to keep on shaking and moving my body

After ten months of training with PPT I, unfortunately, had to quit because I’m now moving houses to a different part of the city. But all those ten months, I enjoyed the personal approach and very encouraging attitude. My trainer was very supportive and positive. And at the same time, he was challenging me and pushing a bit when he saw I was ready to make more progress.
